Hey y’all! October is in full swing – the holidays are upon us (: I love it! But I do realize that it could mean less time for workouts for a lot of us. Today’s FIT FRIDAY workout is perfect to squeeze in between getting stuff done. All you need is a chair AND you can do it at home!
Oh and I finally made the time to record a short video showing y’all a demo of these moves!
