But before we get into today’s workout I wanted to show y’all a little new addition that I got:


I love it! Adam & I have been wanting to get tattoos together for a few years now. We finally made the leap! We wanted a couples tattoo that was sweet but not cheesy. Obviously his is the same but with a key instead of a lock (:

OKAY – time for your workout! This is a great workout if you want a nice sweat + burn from head to toe.

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Dumbbells
  • Mat
  • Elevated surface (chair or table)
  • Timer
