Happy Fit Friday, babes! I posted about a jump rope workout on my Instagram that I did and y’all wanted details so I’m here to deliver (: I did this workout and burned just over 400 calories. I did this entire workout at MAX intensity. Jump roping is one of my favorite ways to burn calories in a short amount of time!
