5-Minute Upper Body Burn Out

HAPPY FRIDAY (: What a week! I was go-go-go all week and I’m so ready to just turn down for the weekend. All of the pictures for my e-book are DONE and we are that much closer to releasing it!

Love my photographers so much! Rad Red Creative is beyond talented. Hearing the words, “That’s a wrap!” made my heart leap…I started writing this piece of my heart in January and I had NO idea it would all come to life this quickly!

Okay moving on to today’s workout: going along with the BURN OUT series, today we have an upper body burn out!

This was the hardest one for me so far! The abs and the booty ones burned, but this took it to a whole new level for me!
