HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! This week totally flew by and it was such a good one. It’s such an awesome feeling to be able to sit down at the end of each day knowing that you poured your heart into what you love doing (: Thank y’all for allowing me to do what I love!
Anyway I have a BRAND NEW HIIT workout that takes 30 minutes and no equipment. YUP it’s the perfect no excuses workout!
Equipment You’ll Need:
- ZERO so get your butt up and do this workout!
- (Okay you do need a timer but hello if you have a cell phone you have a timer)
So you’re going to complete each circle 5 times. The first move (30 seconds) is meant to get your heart rate UP! And then the second move (60 seconds) is meant to bring it down a little bit.
HIIT workouts are my FAVE because they burn calories for up to 24 hours post workout…UM yes please! I’m hoping you love this workout as much as I do. Give it a try before you start your weekend and let me know what you think!
