Happy May! AND happy FIT FRIDAY (: For some reason I always like when the 1st of a month falls on a Friday (or a Monday). It just seems right to me!
I’ve got a new workout for y’all to kick this month off right! It’s only going to take you half an hour (aka HALF of an episode of Gilmore Girls) so I know you can fit this in your schedule.
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Jump Rope
- Chair or Bench
This workout is going to strengthen your entire body in a short amount of time. With the cardio bursts (jump rope) it’s going to burn some fat, too. When I’m limited on time I usually opt for an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) style workout.
If you want to advance this workout, just add some weights to the walking lunges and the lateral lunges with a squat.
