Happy FIT FRIDAY (: I’m so happy to see Friday. Like so happy. Today I have a full body AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout for y’all. AMRAPs have been my go-to workouts the last few weeks. I love racing the clock and really challenging my body. All while strengthening and sculpting!
And don’t even try to tell me that you don’t have 25 minutes! You can’t really beat a 25 minute total body workout am I right?
Less talking, more working out! Here you go:
If you need a break during the 25 minutes, take one. Listen to your body! Try your hardest to push through the whole time without many breaks. If you do take them, keep them to 30 seconds max, so that your heart rate doesn’t slow down too much.
