20-Minute Total Body Fat Burner

So HAPPY FRIDAY! This week has been absolute craziness because I’ve been getting ready to go out of town. It’s possible that while you’re reading this I’m on a plane to Louisiana to watch one of my favorite girls EVAAA become a Mrs!

Meg is my blog bestie (yep we met through blogging a few years ago!) and she was one of my bridesmaids and now I get to be one of hers. LOVE YOU, MEG! You’re going to be a stunning bride! Oh #happyHAWLEYday!

All that being said, my workouts have been short and sweet these last few days. Notice that I still fit them in though! It’s all about making a plan and getting it done, no matter how crazy life seems to be. Your health and fitness is a priority so figure out what works best for you and your schedule (:

For Fit Friday this week I want to share one of the quickie workouts that I did myself this week. And please keep in mind that quick DOES NOT mean easy (;

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Timer

Workout Breakdown:

20 Minute Totally Body Fat Burner
So basically set your timer (I use the clock app on my iPhone) and just go hard for 20 minutes. Give this a try and try to tell me that you’re not dead after.
