HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! Emphasis on the Friday part (; I’m totally one of those people who craves the weekend. I just love being able to wake up and stay in my PJs for an extra hour and taking my time to get ready you know? THE BEST.
I also don’t like spending a ton of time working out on the weekend. I think it’s important to be ACTIVE on the weekend, but I like doing that in other ways, like going for a bike ride with a friend or paddle boarding or something other than my usual workout routine. That being said, here is a quick workout that you can do just about anywhere. The only thing you’ll need is a timer!
I like creating workouts that are no fuss (aka no fancy equipment), functional and fun! With this one, you’ll set your timer for 5 minutes and complete workout #1 as many times as you can during that 5 minutes. Then you’ll do the same thing for the other 3 workouts. The 5 minute intervals go by so quickly…promise.
