Happy Fit Friday, babes (: How was your week? I can’t complain…as I’m sitting here putting this post together I have the sweetest puppy snoozing in my lap! YEP – Adam got me a pit bull puppy for my birthday! My birthday isn’t until the 20th, so it’s the best early birthday present ever! Meet Harley…I’m sure he’ll be making workout video appearances with Buck:
Today we have a 20-minute home tabata workout that requires ZERO equipment!
Here’s the breakdown:
There are 5 exercises. You are going to complete each move for a total of 4 minutes made up of 8 rounds. 1 round = 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. I suggest using the Tabata Timer app. The total workout will be 20 minutes long, breaks included.
Here are the moves:
Side to Side Ski Jumps
Plyo Lunge/Squat Combo
Side to Side Frog Jumps
