Happy Fit Friday (: I just want to thank y’all so much for the overwhelming support on the announcement of the Online Gym launch date being set! Drew and I are SO excited…and it’s all thanks to every single one of you!
Just an FYI, things won’t be changing TOO much around here. I’ll still be doing blog posts Mondays and Wednesdays. I’ll still be posting workout printables on Fridays. Instagram workout challenges will be posted Mondays (me…and Buck of course!), Tuesdays (Drew), and Thursdays (both of us). The only changes are:
- On Fridays a second post (in addition to the workout printable…aka what you are reading right now) will be posted. It will be a full length (15-30 minute) workout video and typed workout breakdown. The videos will be both Drew & I doing the entire workout with you on screen. Drew will be doing advanced versions of exercises, while I show modifications. The only people who will have access to these posts are the Online Gym Members (which will be set up as a monthly subscription). Our goal is to create his & her fitness videos…workouts that husbands & wives or boyfriends & girlfriends or friends can do together and both be challenged!
- On Sundays a weekly workout schedule post will go up. Again, only members of the Glisten Gym will have access to this. It will be a 5 day workout schedule that links to the proper videos that you are supposed to do for your workouts that week.

MOVING ON to today’s free workout printable! Today’s workout is a 20-Minute Fat Blasting Tabata Workout! The only equipment you need is a timer. You know what that means…no equipment needed = no excuses!
This workout will have your heart rate up quickly! I know it’s short, but it will blast the calories like you wouldn’t believe. Promise. Oh and I like to use the Gymboss 2 Interval Timer app on my iPhone. There is a Tabata setting, so it’s perfect! I use this app for most of my workouts.
