15-Minute Full Body FAT BURNING Workout

Hey y’all…HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! I am SO happy that the weekend is here…I’ve been feeling like I’m coming down with a cold or something and I am so ready to just relax and kick this sickness! But just because I don’t feel good doesn’t mean that I don’t have a workout for you!

Today’s workout will only take you 15 minutes. YEP. And you are going to FEEEEEEEL it, I can promise you that.

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Timer
  • Dumbbells
