Hey babes! HAPPY FIT FRIDAY (: It’s been a crazy busy week for me (my book is DONE! WHAT THE WHAT! We’re just working on building a landing page for y’all to purchase it from…eeek!) so I put together a quick 15-minute workout for you guys today. This is the exact type of workout that I find myself doing on the weekends, because it’s quick but still effective.
This workout is gonna get that heart rate up and really burn those calories. Time is not a valid excuse to skip a workout, if you ask me. I know you have 15 minutes to spare for this one!

Equipment You’ll Need:
- Jump Rope
There are 5 moves. You are going to do each move for 1 minute. You are going to complete the workout 3 times through for a total of 15 minutes!
