10-Minute Abs

Hey y’all! It’s Fridaaaaay! I’ve been really savoring my weekends lately so it’s fun to be able to look forward to Fridays (:

Anyway – in case you don’t follow me on Insta the VERY FIRST Glisten Girls 28-Day Challenge wrapped up last week and OH MY GOSH – the emails I’ve gotten have blown me away. I so love that I’m able to help you wonderful ladies reach your goals! I’ve notified the winners via email, and I’m planning on doing an in-depth challenge wrap up post next week so keep your eyes open for that.

I’m also SO proud of my June online clients for getting through their first week of workout – they all seem to have a love/hate relationship with me, haha!

But for today I have a new quickie abs workout for you. This one is quick but MAN your abs will be burning!

10-Minute Abs

You’ll notice there are two plank moves going on – that’s because I LOVE me some planks! So great for your entire core and your shoulders.
