10-Minute Abs

I love doing a little quickie ab circuit after some intense HIIT cardio so today I’m sharing one of my favorite ab workouts with you. It’s a lot of planking – if you know me at all, you know that planks are my FAVORITE to work the core. Anddddd it only takes 10 minutes + requires NO equipment (well besides a timer).

Oh and you should check back on Monday, because I’m gonna be a sharing a DELISH pumpkin muffin recipe *insert heart eye emoji* …and yes, they’re semi-healthy (;

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Timer
  • Mat
