Hey babes! JULY! Say what?! Well a new month calls for a new workout calendar. This month is: SHRED, WHITE & BLUE! It’s time to get the summer body you’ve always dreamed of. No more dreaming…time for doing!
It’s pretty awesome that I’ve finally built up enough workouts from Fit Fridays to give y’all a pretty solid monthly workout schedule (: I still have some fun stuff sprinkled in on the weekends, but I’m adding more and more workouts to each months’ calendars. Pretty soon I’ll be able to have each day be dedicated to a certain muscle group for that month…so like Monday will be legs/booty day, Tuesday will be cardio day, Wednesday will be ab day, etc!
I’m also planning on launching the Glisten Gym this month! I’ve been talking with a few people to help me with the backend stuff and they are on it. Eeeek! If you want to read more about the Glisten Gym you can here. It’s basically $10 per month for 4 full body workout videos. And did I mention that you get access to all past Glisten Gym videos, too?
