Hi babes! Happy Saturday (: Adam & I are spending today moving his stuff into OUR new house (we’re renting, but still…). I’m not moving in until after the wedding, but I am gonna set my office up over there so I can go over there during the week and work in a cute, inspiring space! I’m so excited to have a whole room designated as my office…eeek! I’ll have to give y’all a tour once it’s all set up so you can see where all things Glisten come to life.
Anyway, January’s Jiggle Free January calendar had such a positive response so of course I just had to make a follow up February calendar! I give you…FLAUNT IT FEBRUARY:

Every Friday, I’ll be posting the usual FIT FRIDAY video and printable. This month is going to be a little different. January was loaded with full body workouts. Mostly HIIT style. This month, each Friday is gonna have a special “Flaunt Your ______” workout. I’ll be focusing on specific muscles groups each week (: I’m really excited!
