Happy Labor Day! I feel like I closed my eyes for a second and summer came and went. Unbelievable. Just makes you realize how we need to savor each and every day (:
A new month means a new workout calendar…I give y’all: SWEATY SEPTEMBER!

I know that with schools in full swing and holiday prepping (omg) coming up, it can be easy to push working out to the back burner. Well now you don’t have to do that since I’ve got all of your workouts planned out for you for the entire month. No excuses! The workouts typically take 30 minutes or less so you don’t need much time.

Some other things happening around here:
A few of you have asked me about the Glisten Gym and if I’m still planning on making that happen. I AM! It’s just taking more time/money than I anticipated so I’m chipping away at it and will let y’all know when I have a release date. Working 3 jobs and trying to start up something new was a little ambitious on my part, but I’m gonna find a way to make it happen!
Anyway, HAPPY SWEATY SEPTEMBER!
