August! A brand new month…another one for you to conquer your health & fitness goals (: This month’s calendar is called GET ACTIVE AUGUST! It’s easy to let your health & fitness slip to the back burner when school starts back up again (whether you’re going back to school or you have kids who are going back to school or you’re a teacher who’s going back to school). Life gets hectic. That’s why I created this workout calendar so you don’t even have to think about what you need to do for your workout each day – it’s all laid out for you!

Every Friday after today there will be a new workout right here. I challenge you to do the new workout along with the workout that is scheduled for each Friday (: I used old ones in case you don’t have time to check the site for the new workout but have the calendar saved.
This month I’m making every FIT FRIDAY workout a 20 minute total body workout. I don’t want to time to be an excuse for any of y’all! We all have 20 minutes a day to take care of ourselves.
