All or Nothing April…well alright!

I can’t believe that tomorrow is APRIL! Do you know what April is? MY FREAKING WEDDING MONTH, that’s what. I am so beyond excited to marry my best friend, but there are so many little details that I still need to tackle. I foresee lots of wedding craziness in my future (;

I figured I’d give y’all a look at the April calendar a day early so you can get ready to take on the daily challenges with me! If you do any of the challenges, make sure to tag me on Instagram (@glistenfit) or use #glistenfit so I can find you!

This month is ALL OR NOTHING APRIL! I know that with spring in the air that we all want to get our bodies ready for sunshine & bikinis. No one wants to dread being in a bathing suit.

This month I want you to commit to giving ALL you’ve got to your workouts. You don’t have to workout for hours every day…30-45 minutes, 5 times a week is enough as long as you’re doing the right kind of workouts and you’re eating the right foods to support your training.

I am going to do my very best to keep up with the blog during all the wedding chaos. I’m also planning on posting some wedding updates on the blog, so you guys are in the know!
