Dumbbells (5-20 pounds, depending on your fitness level)
Kettlebell (15-35 pounds depending on your fitness level)
Elevated platform (such as a chair, bench, etc)
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes! These workouts can be done at home, at the gym, or even outside.
