It’s no secret that this time of the year is the hardest to stay on track with health and fitness goals. You’re not alone! With shopping, parties, finals, etc. sometimes your workouts can slip to the wayside. Well last year I did a HOLIDAY HUSTLE series and this year I’m bringing it back.

Every Friday from now through the rest of the holiday season, I’ll be posting a quickie 15-minute workout. Believe it or not, you can get a killer workout in in just 15 minutes. You’ve just got to commit to giving 100%!
