Full Body New Year Workout

Hey y’all! HAPPY 2016 (: I figured I’d start this year off with a full body workout…I know I’m not the only one recovering from holiday fluff!

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Timer
  • Dumbbells
  • Chair or box for tricep dips

What are some of your goals for 2016? I want to keep my health + fitness priority even though school is going to be more time consuming than ever. I’ve never been a huge “New Year’s Resolution” person, because honestly I make goals throughout the whole year. But I do like the feeling of a fresh, new year so I can’t complain. Here’s to crushing 2016!

    Hiya! Love this workout! Wish I had it this morning when I was hunting for a full body workout! Just wanted to check when you say leg lifts, are you talking old school Jane Fonda styles??? Thanks again for always posting great workouts! This new mama appreciates it 😉
