Hey y’all! HAPPY 2016 (: I figured I’d start this year off with a full body workout…I know I’m not the only one recovering from holiday fluff!

- Chair or box for tricep dips
What are some of your goals for 2016? I want to keep my health + fitness priority even though school is going to be more time consuming than ever. I’ve never been a huge “New Year’s Resolution” person, because honestly I make goals throughout the whole year. But I do like the feeling of a fresh, new year so I can’t complain. Here’s to crushing 2016!
