What You Put in is What You Get Out

Things take work. Results typically don’t just fall out of the sky and into our laps. This goes for anything – health & fitness, job opportunities, maintaining relationships, etc. It blows my mind how many people ask me, “How can I get abs without having to workout a lot or give up my favorite foods?” UM REALLY? “Here, let me just hand you this little magic pill and you should be good to go!” OH WAIT…that doesn’t exist!

If you want something, you’ve got to work for it. It’s not gonna be easy, but it’ll be worth it.

What You Put In Is What You Get Out

It takes time.
It takes patience.
It takes dedication.

I promise I didn’t just wake up with abs one day. It took a few years of trial and error. Of committing and recommitting. Of learning and persevering.

I wanted it. You have to WANT it. And then you have to work for it. What you put in is what you get out. 

Decide what you want. Figure out a game plan to make it happen. And then…put in the work.
Be strong. Be healthy. Be happy!
