Good Things Take Time…aka Don’t You Dare Give Up

We’ve all heard the saying, “Good things take time.” The sad thing is most people don’t give things time. They just throw in the towel and call it a day. Guys…big dreams take big work. They take trial and error. They take restarting and reevaluating. They take nurturing and lots of energy. And time. They take LOTS of time.

If you really want something, you’ve got to be willing to give it the time that it needs to bloom.

Good Things Take Time

That could mean making sacrifices. Staying in on a Friday night to get things done. Cutting back at your usual job to make your dream happen. Or even refiguring your finances to support this new dream.

I can tell you this….whatever it takes, if you want it bad enough, it’s worth it. You’ve GOT TO have patience, though. Not everything happens over night. Or even over a year. You’ve got to be persistent. You’ve got to be passionate. You’ve got to be driven.

Don't Quit Your Daydream

Drew & I have been working so hard to get everything ready to go for HIIT Fusion Online Gym to launch on Friday! I’m so excited to finally be able to show you guys what we’ve been putting our hearts and sweat (literally) into everyday for almost 2 months now.

I had a mental breakdown this weekend. I was afraid that it wasn’t good enough. That it wouldn’t please everyone. That it wasn’t as good as someone who’s been recording fitness videos for years. Thankfully I had Adam there to remind me of a few things:

  • It doesn’t have to be perfect to be good.
  • People will see us grow as HIIT Fusion progresses. It’s okay to not be the best at the beginning. We will get better with time and practice.
  • It’s not going to please everyone. People might say mean things. BUT our hearts will be seen and we’ll have the opportunity to help so many people all over the world.

Thank y’all for all the encouragement and support that you’ve shown about HIIT Fusion’s upcoming launch (: You guys really do keep me going and you make me excited to wake up and do what I do everyday.

I want to encourage you…don’t quit your daydream. If you can dream it, you can do it. Dream big. Work hard.

xo, Jess
