Can y’all BELIEVE that it’s February? January literally came and went in a flash. How are you doing with making 2015 a fit and healthy year? Are you still on track with your fitness goals? Well just to help you keep chugging along, I’m doing a little thing called FABULOUS FEBRUARY here on Glisten Fit.
Every Monday this month will be a motivational post.
Every Wednesday will be a juice/smoothie recipe.
And every Friday will be a 5-minute burnout workout video targeting a specific muscle group.
You are going to be feeling even more fabulous than you already are by the time March hits!
Before I get into today’s post I just had to share…look at how big my little peanut is getting! He is a troublemaker but he is slowly learning how to behave (:
A positive mind = a positive life
Plain and simple. You’ve got to make sure that you’re in the mindset that you are working out and making healthy choices because you love your body…not because you hate it.
I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it: You’ve got to love yourself at the beginning and throughout your entire fitness journey. That includes those days when you wake up and don’t feel like you’re on your A-game. That includes days when you skip a workout or inhale a few slices of pizza. You have to wake up every single day and CHOOSE to love yourself and to have a positive mindset.
Being positive is going to make your health and fitness journey (and umm hello your whole life) way more enjoyable. When you have a positive mindset you inspire others. You feel good about yourself. You reach your goals. And then you set and crush new goals.
So I challenge you to wake up tomorrow and think POSITIVE thoughts all day. YEP. No negativity for one whole day. Do you think you can do it? It’s going to be harder than you think, but YOU are in control of your mind. So choose happy.
