Don’t Be Your Biggest Setback

Happy December…eeek! I am one of those crazy obsessed Christmas people. I adore this time of year! If Adam hadn’t been out of town this weekend, our house would be decked out already, but it will have to wait until this week (: I can’t wait to go pick out our tree so the whole house smells like a Christmas wonderland (the candles will do for now, haha!).

Oh and I still can’t stop smiling about the launch of HIIT FUSION online gym! We put in so much hard work and it’s finally paying off. So happy to be able to workout with you guys! If you still haven’t joined you can do so by clicking here. The first weekly workout schedule starts TODAY!

Hold Yourself Accountable

On the agenda for today…I want to talk about holding yourself accountable. The holidays are a busy time of year…I know! This is the time of year when people put their health and fitness goals on the back burner. We go from party to party, store to store…and don’t make time to workout or make healthy eating choices.

Let’s make this year different! Don’t let the next month fly by, putting you behind your goals. Take control. Make plans and keep working hard. Just because you have to attend holiday parties and spend a lot of time shopping doesn’t mean you have to quit working out and making healthy choices! It’s gonna take a little bit more planning than usual, but it’s gonna be totally worth it come January when you’re not suffering from holiday regret.

Stop Holding Yourself BackSo this week, better yet, right now: I challenge you to sit down for a few minutes and make a game plan for how you’re going to handle the holiday busyness and stress…how you’re going to overcome it, staying the healthy & happy YOU that you’ve come to be.
