Define Your Goal. Create a Game Plan. Stick to It.

I hear of people giving up a lot when it comes to their health and fitness. They get overwhelmed and don’t see results within the first week and so they say screw it and hang it up. Well I’ve got some news for you. This whole health and fitness journey takes time, patience, and dedication. You’ve got to be committed.

Define Your Goals

If you want something, you’ve got to work for it. It’s not just gonna fall in your lap while you’re watching TV and eating french fries 5 nights a week.

So here’s what we’re going to do:

Define Your Goal

3 steps…that’s it. But you’ve got to take each step seriously. And you’ve got to commit yourself to that goal.

So step 1: Define your goal.

Write it down. Be specific. Tape it somewhere that you’ll see it often.

Step 2: Create a game plan.

How are you going to make this happen?

Step 3: Stick to it.

This is a big one. Steps 1 and 2 are the easy parts. Step 3 is where that commitment and dedication come in. Your results are not going to happen overnight. You’ve got to work toward your goal day in and day out consistently.

I’m here to tell you – DO NOT give up. Keep working at it. This is your health that we’re dealing with here. It is definitely worth the time, effort, and work that you’re putting into it!

It won’t always be easy.
It won’t always be fun.
But it will always be worth it.

    Words of wisdom right there: DON’T GIVE UP!!

    And if you don’t know how to use something, ask. Most people are afraid to ask but a lot of people at the gym are friendly and happy to help.
