Be Your Own Fitspiration

With all the “fitspiration” that’s plastered all over the Internet, it’s easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to others. Sometimes our results don’t come as quickly as we’d like them to, even if we feel like we’re working our hardest.

Well you know something? Your journey is YOUR journey…no one else’s. Take pride in your journey. Be proud of where you’re at, of all the hard work you’ve put in. If you have a few setbacks, use them to fuel you and work even harder.

Be confident now

So next time you get down on yourself, because you see someone who’s in a different place than you, just remember what you’ve been through to get where you’re at right now. Think about how determined you are and how far you’re going to go.

Be your own fitspiration. Embrace where you’re at in your journey. Be confident right where you’re at!

    I love this! I’ve recently started actually working out, not like before where I would say I would…then find some excuse to not do it. I work out 2-3 times a week with my friend, her boyfriend, and her mom. I stepped on a scale for the first time in 5 years, and it was super upsetting! I already feel better, and it’s only been a month! My friend is about a year and a half ahead of me, fit wise. She started at the same place I did, so she knows she can push me when I need it.
