Did you read that? UH YEAH. It’s so crazy to me how quickly years are flying by. When I was a kid, a year sounded like eternity…now not even close. I’m doing my best to savor each and every day!
I like to do a self check-in around June. I like to make sure that I’m staying on track with my goals (both fitness and life) and just kind of evaluate where I am and what I’m doing. I truly believe that if you aren’t happy that you have the ability to change that. Whether that means changing your attitude, your career, or the people who you spend time with – DO IT. It might be difficult and daunting at first, but it will be worth it in the end.
I know that personally, I have some changes coming up (NO I am not pregnant hahaha) and I plan to do new things and and release any doubt that might be holding me back.
Think back to January. What are some things that you wanted to accomplish this year? 6 months have passed you by BUT you still have 6 fresh months that lie ahead, waiting for you to seize opportunities and surpass goals. Spend a little bit of time this month evaluating YOURSELF. Sometimes we’re so busy taking care of others that we let our own wants/needs fall to the wayside. Well girlfriend – NOT THIS MONTH!
