I started Glisten Fit to inspire and educate women on all things health & fitness. I want to show you that living a fit + healthy life looks different for everyone and that it isn’t as difficult as it sometimes seems. Being fit + healthy is about finding balance and being happy. You have to find what works for you, what pushes you, what makes you the best version of yourself. I want to help you reach your full potential and love yourself along the way!
